"This is by far the worst place to go for games/gaming stuff. They basically have a zero return policy. Even ordering a new Xbox One console, only for Microsoft to lower the price by $50. I haven't even received it yet, and they refuse to credit me the $50, and force me to spend money mailing it back to them in order to rebuy it and pay for shipping again back to me. Calling their local store is a joke, as the guy answering the phone has a rude attitude problem.
This is NOT how an honest company runs. The only reason I even did any business with them is due to some gift cards I had.
Everything they sell is way overpriced compared to anyone else."
"This store likes to advertise products for a sale price, then tell you later than it never was in stock. And cancel your order 1 day after placing it... despite the fact I asked them specifically about the item I was buying (surge protector) twice before placing the order.
Apparently they won't let you wait to receive it later at that same price.
Guess I should have known if Zipzoomfly has a great price on something, you will never get it. They aren't known for low prices.

"The Asus motherboard was as advertised, and I received it quicker than I expected. One thing nice about Superbiiz, is that they have lower prices than a lot of stores. Like someone else said, they are what Newegg used to be for lower pricing. I haven't had to return anything to Superbiiz yet, so I can't comment on customer service. "I'm writing this again because Resellerratings for whatever reason didn't post my first negative review. I assume someone here works for Sears.
Sears DOES NOT HONOR their own policies. Just a warning for anyone thinking of buying from them. Its been nothing but lie after lie after lie with them, trying to get a simple pricematch.
I purchased a Logitech cordless mouse from them, thinking I'll just pricematch the local Circuit City store who sells the exact same mouse for over $13 less.
First Sears denied it because it was supposedly a different color. Their own product description proved them wrong, as it said it was blue (they claimed it was silver)... after receiving the mouse, it was blue like I said. So then they denied my rebate due to the fact CircuitCity only had it available for local pickup... what a joke.
They claimed they couldn't read my simple file attachement for proof of the product... because the file was too big?
Finally after enough complaints they agreed to honor the pricematch. They told me to wait 7 business days for it to appear on my credit card. Of course it never did. I wrote back only for them to tell me to call in to speak with them. I couldn't get through the line because it wanted my account number before I could talk to someone, which I don't have (their system at this point had mysteriously corrupted my online order so I couldn't view it).
Next, they claimed they would mail me a gift card for the balance and put the rest on a current empty gift card I already used on this product.... apparently due to the fact they couldn't put it all on my credit card? Which makes no sense. Well the card they sent me gives an error as an invalid card when I check online. The other card still has zero balance.
Its been nothing but lie after lie after lie with Sears. Someone there is having a big laugh over this obviously. This explains why their stock has plummeted the past year.
It doesn't matter what they do on TV for "charity", if they can't even honor their own policies for their paying customers. Instead they steal from them. And yes, that is stealing."
"As you can see from the ratings below mine, and their current store rating, this is another store your best not to WASTE YOUR TIME with. Because trying to purchase anything from them is literally a waste of your time.
They pretend they have low priced items in stock when you place an order. Yet rarely is it ever in stock and they will cancel your order later. Apparently they have absolutely zero ability to track the amount of inventory they have, or its a bait just to lure people into visiting their joke of a "store".
Other times they will even offer free shipping on some items... only for you to find out after filling out the form to purchase it, that its not giving you free shipping no matter what.
Its literally a waste of time even thinking of buying from them."
"Another store to stay away from ordering online. Like both Staples and WorstBuy, this place does not honor their posted sale items.
I ordered some laptop memory at a good price. It said he was backordered and would ship within a couple of weeks. Well of course I should have known ahead of time they wouldn't honor their price and cancel the contract.
Not one offer from them either about subsituting something else for a similar price or even offering a coupon or anything. I just reaffirms what I see whenever I drive by their empty parking lots.
One more thing, the box of paperclips they did send me, came half empty, spilled all over inside a UPS box.
I've had MUCH better luck ordering from non-local stores. Which also explains why almost all the local stores on resellerratings have the lowest ratings of anyone."

I original was upset with Newegg and a rebate/coupon problem over an expensive LCD Monitor. I had posted a negative review here.
However today I received a very polite call from Newegg offering to fix the problem. I had been very upset with them over it, especially considering it was my birthday at the time.
After the call I am very pleased with their service. I've never had a store call me to fix a problem like this. They (Newegg/Jason) definitely went out of their way to make things right.
I had been shopping with Newegg for a long time, and this was the first time I was upset with them. But I'm very pleased now. Thank you Jason."

"The keyboard I ordered said it ships within 24 hours, but it actually took 3 working days before it shipped (not counting the weekend or holiday). I also didn't receive any email response until the day it shipped.
I'm waiting to receive it now, but it would be nice if the website accurately showed when an item will ship.
EDIT: Ok now I'm forced to have to edit my review to tell the truth. This order was placed at 12:45AM Friday, NOT Friday afternoon). It also did NOT ship until I first posted my complaint on here, not Tuesday. In fact it didn't ship out until late Wednesday night. The tracking number is proof of that. Thats 3 full working days. Almost a week later after placing my order. I also received zero email responses during the whole time, until I first posted my complaint here (Wednesday evening on the 4th).
Ships within 24 hours doesn't mean 3 working days later. I could have easily paid $3 more and purchased it from Newegg.com who would have shipped it out the same day."

"This was my first order from here. It was a very smooth transaction. They replied to the one email I sent. And shipped the order quickly. The printable prodisc cd's and dvd's I ordered were exactly as described and work great! Their prices were also very good compared to other stores. "PCMicrostore always responds to my emails usually with a day or so, which is *always* a good sign for buying from a company on the internet.
I purchased some UV round IDE cables (PCMS brand) and they are even nicer than what I was expecting. I got the black UV cables (smokey black over silver mesh).
PCMicrostore has good prices on many things. They shipped mine out the same day, but the USPS was slow since its the opposite side of the country and shipped normal First Class mail. I've been very pleased with this store..."

"Buy.com has really gone down hill fast. They do not reply to emails, and take forever to ship out an item.
I would not have ordered from them if I had read all the negative posts the past 6 months here on resellerratings. They used to be a good company, and even used to send out free gifts to customers at Christmas time as Thank You's.
Now it sounds as if your lucky to get your item. Apparently their telephone number is hidden somewhere, and its toll free, except the catch is you have to pay $10 to speak to someone. That is a scam.
I also submitted a pricematch with buy.com to an amazon.com price. They didn't even reply to my pricematch (which was a completely legitimate pricematch, as I read and followed their rules). So basically their "pricematch" guarantee is also a lie.
I did receive my package, however I won't know if I'm keeping it until after Christmas. Wouldn't that just be a nightmare if I had to send it back.
I've learned over the years, the best way to judge a good company, is by how quickly they reply to you, and how easy they are to contact."

"I can't comment on returns because I haven't had to return anything, however their shipping was very fast. I ordered an X-Trac mousepad and it was packaged very well and arrived within 2 days through the Postal Service. The only negative I would say is that I wasn't provided with an automated tracking number like some companies do, but since it was shipped so fast that didn't matter much.
Otherwise I was very pleased with how fast everything went. And the price was very competitive."
