I had phone, msg, and email contacts and my order was completed so quickly, I assumed it was expedited but now I understand they treat all orders in this way. "I purchased Rudy Project Rydon sunglasses with Impactx Photochromic Red lens. I am a Police firearms instructor and I shoot USPSA pistol competition. I needed a good pair of glare free and impact resistant glasses. I saw that other shooters use Rudy Project glasses so I bought a pair. I have had them for about one week and they are great. I shot may first match with them on Saturday. They are so nice I forgot I had them on. The photochromic are great. They always let in the perfect amount of light for the situation. "Good value overall and easy to choose from the multiple options. Rudy Project makes a good product, stylish, functional, and durable (unless you leave your sunglasses on the roof of your car and drive off, which is why I placed a new order for a replacement pair).

My main quibble is the pricing is deceptive. It's billed as a $200 order, but when you add everything together, there's a phantom fee of $19.99 added for the combo deal, and no way to get rid of it. It's still a good deal for all the gear $225, but it's advertised as $200. 25 extra bucks does not make it a bad deal, but it does leave a bad taste in my mouth, as it's not what was advertised.

The order shipped quickly, and was exactly what I ordered, in great condition, so overall I'm pleased and would order again."

"I bought directly from e-Rudy.com because I found and RUDY product in a store and wanted to buy it but they were out of stock (a helmet). The product is great. It looks great, seems very well constructed, and is comfortable.

My only complaint with e-Rudy is the customer service. When I called the toll-free number, the phone tree structure wasn't very clear: the options don't quickly and easily get you in line to speak with a representative about products. When I did dial the extension that seemed the most appropriate, I sat on hold for quite a while before just giving up.

Luckily, everything went fine without having my question answered, but a better infrastructure would've been nice. Overall, great product though!"
