"Okay shipper, no way to login and change order. Shipping was a bit slower than predicted to Canada. Calling customer service was good, got an agent right away. However, the agent gave me incorrect information saying that back-ordered items would be shipped at a later date. However, the entire order waited until everything was in stock. Which as quotes as 5-6 weeks via an automated e-mail. However, less than 2 weeks later the entire order shipped out. Overall, an okay company to deal with."

The website is fairly straightforward although it does appear that you have a million "deals" going on."

"I placed an order with e-Rudy for a gear deal and a helmet. I ran into a couple of small problems. First every pair of glasses I put into the shoping cart showed up as out of stock. The second was that I couldn't find a size chart for their helmets. Both problems were quickly resolved by a phone call to the customer service department. The staff was very freindly and very helpfull.
I was told that all glasses ordered in the gear bundle show out of stock because the frames are selected seperate from the lenses. That makes them a custom order. They don't stock custom orders. They had all of the components in stock and would assemble them when the order was placed."
