"I don’t know how long it’s been leaking because I thought the water coming off the travel trailer was from the AC unit. There’s a line of where water trail a long the roof of the travel trailer roof. It looks like they used the wrong screws on that cross rib roof rib. I wanted to use the RV carport for a barn now but a leaking barn is worthless. I called Eagle carport and they said it’s not warranty. It is 4 years old but it’s a straight line of water stain. I’ll try to download a video "

"I ordered a 4 car garage in March 2021. Put down a $1900. deposit and was told the garage would come when they had a crew available in Nashville. In the meantime i had to build a concrete pad and get a permit. This took about 3 months. When I call for delivery I was told that I would be notified when they could come to Nashville area to construct the garage. I heard nothing for 2 months..I called and was told to wait for a call when it would be delivered. After another 30 days I called and was again told to wait. When I protested they told me the order was canceled in June and their policy is of no refunds. I am heading to court in an attempt to get my deposit back. "

"In one year Eagle Carports went up from $2395.00 to over $5000.00 for a 30x20 carport. This is a plain Jane carport.
Eagle carports no longer have 16 gauge metal Carport.
12 & 14 gauge carports are junk, they can't handle the wind as well and will metal fatigue much faster. Not mention rust even faster. with this type of pricing gouge eagle carport will be out of business by next year. So I recommend do no buy from Eagle carports."

"My husband and I both took vacation days to be at the garage install. First time they cancelled on the day they were to start and said an different crew would be out three days later. Second crew was a no show also. The company may be ok but their contractors are crap. "

"Order a building from Gatorback Carports out of Louisiana on May 13, 2020. They were great in handling my order and changes to my order. However Eagle Carports took 6 months to deliver and install my building. Installed on Nov. 12, 2020. When they did, they didn't send the 3 leg supports that they recommended. I paid the installers the remaining amount due, including for the leg supports, when they installed the building. Supposed to send supports next week. I've been waiting 7 months for that "3 to 5 day notice" on when they will deliver my legs supports. They won't ship them and they won't deliver them until they get another building to install in our area. Also, I have a leak between 2 roofs that they aren't interested in fixing.
TOTALLY **** at their customer service and company's lack of cooperation.
NEVER ORDER A BUILDING FROM EAGLE CARPORTS AND NEVER PAY THEM UNTIL ALL YOUR MATERIALS ARE DELIVERED.."

"First off let me say that the dealer was fantastic. He helped me with the design after sending pictures and drawings of what I wanted, we finally got it. So I give the deposit.
Then is when the problem started. First I had to wait 11 weeks before it could be installed even though it had been made shortly after the deposit was received. Next problem was they set up a install date and then called to change it to the day before. On the day that it was changed to they called again and put install back to original date because installer loaded it wrong. And to top it off when the installers got to my site they kept referring to the other ones around me as being easy and mine was hard to do. He took some pictures and sent to the company and they said I would have to pay for a lift which I and the dealer said that was not right.
They did not remove even one strap or give it a try, they just said it was to hard. So they ended up leaving with carport because they didn’t want to do the job after driving 5 hours is what I believe. And now medal prices has went up close to $1500 more.
So I think that they should bite the bullet and start sending reps to check out the site to insure it is not ‘’to hard’’ for the installers to do.
I am very disappointed with eagle for not making it right. We were looking forward to having a roof over our camper.

After more than 2 months supposed ( 4-5 weeks) , I was finally called to schedule a time for installation, they gave me only one day and no time, it did not work for me and I got yelled at for asking for another date. So I wanted to cancel but then they said we actually contacted you 3 times ( a lie) and we have cut your order and we will not give your deposit money back. I said fine I want to schedule. I have an old concrete, I don't know if it's leveled or not (per their criteria), I called the dealer, on ***-***-****,ID# D0014419-Main, I just wanted them to look at it, to see if its Ok for installing because I don't want to get surprises with them, their surprises cost you, they would charge 5% restocking, they told me they don't take measurement or assess the floors. This is really crappy company and all its dealers, they don't assess the area, or take measurement, they make the homeowner responsible for that. (just FYI: When I installed new carpet, a company came and measured and looked at the floors, when I renovated the bath, a company came and checked the floors, and walls and took measurement). They will make money out of you if they installed it or not. because if the floor its not leveled ( within their definition of just leveled and without them come and assess the floors or take exact measurement) you will pay 5% restocking fee and of course your deposit money, so they will get it reselling money either way. No service and basically getting money with no services and free money in their pockets and they are happy with it, now they have free money and reselling money! "

"Eagle Carports does NOT honor signed contracts. Let me explain. I signed a contract with Eagle Carports representative on 4-14-2021. The price was $3107.21 after $300 deposit. I was told that they would deliver in 2-3 weeks. By 5-10-2021 I have not heard from Eagle Carports when my carport would be delivered so I called them. After being on hold for 20 minutes for someone to answer I hanged up. I called back 5-12-2021 and got someone this time. First they could not find my contract. After a period of time they found it and said that there was a price increase and a new contract has to be written. Called the local representative and he said that he was notified of the increase the week after I signed the contract and would call them to see what he could do. on 5-13-2021 the representative called me and said that Eagle Carports would not honor my contract and it would be $4200 if I still wanted the carport. Well no. If they are not going to honor my contract, then I'm sure not going to trust what they say or their product."

"Ordering the 24 x 25 building from the reseller in Virignia, was seamless. We were lucky to get an install a month later. The installers from Mt Airey, North Carolina showed up early to start on July 9 and finished the next day. The site was prepped - i.e. concrete pad in place. Once the install was completed, the installer stated that the one door was not working correctly and would have to be replaced. He stated that it would be a couple of weeks before another door could be delivered. We handed over the balance check (reluctantly since the job wasn't officially finished). After 3 weeks, I called Mt. Airey and they did not even have the repair of record. 2nd call made about 4 weeks later which is now late August and they still did not have us on the schedule for repair/delivery of a new door. Over the course of 2 months, I made 8 calls to Eagle for a status update. They give a 90 days workmanship and we were now 60 days into that warranty. Finally, after 73 days AFTER installation, the door was delivered and installed. I am certain that had it not been for my annoying, persistent, calling and getting my reseller involved, we would still be waiting.

I can assure you had I not handed over that balance check, I would have had my replacement door in 2 weeks.

I PLACED A BAD REVIEW , OFFICE CALLED TO SEND ANOTHER CREW OUT TO MY HOUSE TO FIX THE PROBLEM.. GUESS WHAT????? THEY NEVER SHOWED UP... LOL LOL IF YOU TALK TO THESE PEOPLE AND THEIR MOUTH IS MOVING.
