I ordered two wheelchair batteries, which were promptly delivered. They arrived well packaged. However one of these 15+ pounds items probably had been dropped somewhere on its way to me and apparently had landed on a corner, it had a terminal bent beyond repair. When I requested help (adding some photos of the damaged terminal), Ecom responded immediately and very nicely. I was asked to try bending the terminal back into shape, but the terminal broke. Ecom arranged for a replacement free of cost. Outstanding handling of the case! I will definitely return as customer."
