SUV that we rented had issues with front end that were always apparent when driving; almost felt like driving over severely grooved pavement when turning or making lane changes. Very suprised that Thrifty would rent a car in this condition.

"When i went to pick up the car i had to pay the car insurance policy and they try to charge me the liability insurance policy also, total cost more than 1,000 USD, i did not read anything about paying the reserve. Also the fee of the site is almost 40%"
"They confirm booking and do not have car available. After standing in queue for over 90 min we were told they do not have car wait for 2-3 hours if they get car ,you may get it.
Unadequte staffing. Very poor customer response. No clear guidelines to cancel booking if no car available. They hold payment on card and it is for you to claim your refund. Uncorrect customer service phone on email.
Overall frustrating experience. Looks more like fly by night operator. "
