"I ordered tablecloths tablecloths 2 years ago and the quality was good. Last year I ordered 25 more and the quality was terrible. The dark blue tablecloths are so thin you can see through them and there were pulls in the material on several like the sewing machine need was dull. The tablecloths wouldn't even stay in place on the table they were so thin, but it was a Passover Seder and there were so many items on the table that it worked. My event ran larger than anticipated, so I ordered 5 more tablecloths to make sure I had enough, and the tablecloths that came were a obviously different shade of blue. I called to inquire about the steps to send them back for a refund and I was told that they could give me 10% of the price back. I didn't accept that because the website stated full refund within 30 days. They finally gave me CREDIT for the amount minus shipping. I do not want credit for a company that I will never order from again, I want them to honor their word of full REFUND. These were paid for with church funds, so I feel doubly betrayed."
" contacted efavormart prior to placing my order. I was assured that my order would be processed and reach me on time. I was told by the agent they would personally take care of it. i paid over $44 extra for expedited shipping. The order shipped late and i contacted efavormart through the chat function as well as their contact form. Customer service was useless and not helpful at all. The package shipped 3 days later than they had promised. And i found it it shipped UPS ground eventhough i had paid for expedited shipping. EFavormart lied to me claiming that UPS never came to pick up package etc. I spoke to UPS they said they never got the bill of lading until 3 days later. and its GROUND. to save a couple bucks and make more profit this company shipped my order ground! with no care for the fact that they would ruin my event Efavormart refused to have a supervisor call me. I explained that they have ruined my event by doing this and that they should make it right. They refused. They could've shipped overnight if they wanted to but they lie and cheat consumers. all they wanted to offer me was a 20% reduction in the $44 shipping costs! Thats $8 refund for a useless package that will arrive after my event. They also prevented me from ordering from someone else. Had they not made promises they couldn't keep, i would've ordered from someone else. This company has no ethics and does not care how they ruin customers' events. its the worst of its kind. DO NOT TAKE A RISK with your special occaisions."
"My order arrived damaged--disappointing, but things happen, so not such a big deal. It took three attempts to get a resolution. The first email I sent went back and forth, requesting additional information about the damaged items as well as photos. Once provided, I was referred to the chat service. When I contacted the chat service, the agent was too busy to address the concern. I contacted the chat service again and had to repeat the details of the damaged merchandise. The first offer of resolution was a 25% refund. When I countered that 33% of merchandise was damaged, I was offered a 35% refund on the most expensive item. I requested to speak to a Customer Dissatisfaction Manager and was told that efavormart does not have telephones. Unbelievable! I won't be shopping or recommending these folks again."

"I ordered from them on 2 occasions. The first occasion, everything went as planned and I didn't have any major issues (my runners were inconsistently cut but I overlooked that.)
However, the second time I ordered from them ( 3 weeks later) I had major issues. I paid for rush printing and expedited delivery. On the day my items were scheduled to arrive at my house, I received an email stating that the items were just then being shipped out. I reached out via chat (because there are no phone numbers) and was told to, just deal with it. The shipment is en route and can't be stoped. So if I wanted, they would refund me the shipping. The apologized because there was delay in the printing. I learned that they ignored my rush printing and printed in 10 days instead of 2-3 days. I attempted to get them to rectify the situation by sending me a rush order (without customization, just so that I would have something to give out at my event) and I would return the one en route. They gave me two options. #1, take a refund on the shipping and keep the items, or #2 wait until they arrived and return for a refund (mind you, the customized item can't be returned per their return policy, so I could only return the other item that I purchased). In the end, I got stuck with items that I couldn't use and had to purchase favors elsewhere just to have something for my guests. The worst customer service experience I've ever received. "
