"I recd items as expected but that's the only thing good. One of the boxes was open & when I inspected both boxes every single cake plate was scratched substantially like someone used them & returned them. These were NOT brand new items! I contacted cust svc the same night showing pics of the open box & I tried to take good pics of scratches that were all over the plates but it was very hard bc they were clr acrylic but I sent 2. I was told I could NOT return them bc I opened the box this is despite pic showing that's how the one box was recd. after several emails they basically sd my only option was 20% store credit what good is that if I had no intention of purchasing anything else from them ever! Then I tried to reply & it kept getting returned to me. I did live chat & was told my scratches were considered minor & 20% was all they could do. I explained they weren't minor at all. I now have to rethink my design so that the scratches don't show. Totally disappointed after spending $60. I expected much more from them "

"If I could pick negative star, I would. This is the worst online site for buying products I have ever encountered. If you like feeling loved and treasured, as if your feelings count, then don't buy from this site. Can I just say that it's easier ordering pizza from Domino's online than it is ordering any products from this site? I ordered some table cloths for an upcoming wedding. I put in the shipping address and then chose how I want it sent (ground, air, overnight, etc). I put in my credit card information. Billing was a different address. Was about to press push when I saw that there was a 15% coupon. Started over, added the coupon, and the system changed my shipping address to my billing address, so products went to wrong address. Since I desperately needed for a wedding, I asked if they could overnight me the products and waive the overnight fee (which is significant: ~$60). They said nope, it was my fault. So I now have 12 table cloths I don't need/want. They charge you for shipping it back to them PLUS a 25% stocking fee. So what was a $92 priced item, minus the 25% stocking fee, and minus the shipping it back to them, I only receive half of my refund ($49.40). Wow! They stink. Don't order from this site. Amazon treats you so much better. Hate this site and would never go back, even if I was desperate. "
"I ordered personalized bags for my wedding they were white and had brown stains all over them you can't talk to anyone only email and they aren't prompt!!! They told me to wash and dry them to see if the stains come out really! I was not offered a refund or new bags just 15% off my order I will not recommend this site to anyone!"
"I had ordered table overlays for my wedding well in advance. The size of the table ended up changing by the time we were putting together details. The 25 table overlays, were unopened and unused, still folded in their packages. I had asked to exchange them but because it was more than the 30 days, they said they couldn't do anything. So now I have double the amount of table overlays I need, after having to purchase hte correct size through another vendor. "
"My first time purchasing from efavormart.com, thought i'd give it a try normally order from ebay or amazon, should of stuck with them. Purchased a 4 tier acrylic cake stand, paid $44.94 total with $6.94 shipping standard ship. Item arrived with three plates to the stand broken. Contacted customer service who transferred me to the manager Remo, told me he could give me a partial refund if I shipped the product back. How is it that I am paying for shipping back to get partial refund when the item arrived broken. Said they shipped it express as a courtesy and that's why it broke, again how is that my fault, I paid for standard did not ask for or request express shipping. Well then I put a claim in through PayPal and vendor wouldn't agree on anything so had to ship the item back to get any refund, it cost me $20.83 to ship it back, wow...so actually paid $44.94 plus $20.83, to get $44.94 back, hmmm can you say robbery. I will never ever deal with this website again. Just watch what you order hopefully it doesn't come damaged. Very disappointed and unsatisfied and I shop ALOT, never had this problem EVER!!! "

"Do not order from this company. I placed an order 2 and 1/2 weeks ago for my renewal of vows ceremony and reception. Their FAQ says they ship in a few days and that you should receive the items if 5-10 business days. After that time passed, and with just 2 days left until my event, I emailed to ask where my order was. I was informed that it had never been shipped because some of my items were out of stock. The website did not say they were out of stock. They claimed they sent me an email, but I looked in my inbox and spam folders and did not find any such email. They said I would have to pay for Next Day shipping to get the rest of the order on time and offered to give me a 30% on the expedited shipping. I said they should pay for the Next Day shipping because it was their fault, but they refused. I then canceled my order and asked for my money to be refunded, but I will now have to find all of these items locally in the next 2 days. This is outrageous."
"I wish I had read the reviews or the return policy before I ordered anything! I too ordered the burlap tablecloths and the gasoline smell was soooo strong, I had to immediately put it back in the bag. When I went to return them, I realized there is a 20 percent re-stocking fee and I had to pay shipping. By the time I do this, I will only be reimbursed for less than 1/2 my cost:( The product was extremely inferior and I get to pay for it. Thanks a lot yayacreations, never again."
"I ordered 20 linens from this company and only received 10. Efavormart has refused to resolve my situation after countless hours of basically begging them to rectify the issue. They do not have a phone number to get in touch with someone to actually speak with, only live chat or via email at ****@**** because "they save money that way". I highly encourage anyone looking for a customer satisfaction company to look elsewhere. My linens were paid for 4 months prior to my wedding and I still am left without an apology or a resolution... Other than reordering them and paying the expediting fee in hopes I wouldn't have the same experience. That doesn't seem like a resolution, rather another purchase. I will never use this company again, no matter how much money I would save."
"I purchased 2 sets of 10" Pom Poms..one set in red and one in white. When going to put them together for my event I realized that according to the directions that you all have included the wire that is required to properly make them is not included as stated. These are now useless to me and I've spent $7.19 per pack on an items that can't be used now unless I spend more money of my own trying to track down wire. I've spoken with your live chat and they have been of no help and also quite rude considering I'm not at fault since I ordered an item expecting it to come with all parts needed to use it. I would like someone to contact me in regards to getting my refund for these 2 items.
