"AFter placing an order and expecting it to arrive by the date I needed and also after receiving a confirmation email that it was placed successfully, but only to find out after the above that my order was on backorder I was extremely unhappy.
I already waited to decide to place the order and had just enough time to receive and didn't see thee email immediately as I was busy preparing for the event. So I went into panic mode after not receiving and finally found the email about it not arriving and ugghhh, not happy."

"I was excited to order off this site as the reviews were mostly favorable. I ordered white votive candles in holders as favors for my son's wedding. As I was putting labels on and getting ready to decorate one candle slipped out. As i picked it up to put it back in i noticed a hair melted into the wax. Ugh!!!!
This grossed me out right away. I contacted CS to let them know. I was constantly told to check the others. It was gross. I didn't want to.
I just wanted to tell them quality control should be better.
I wasn't asking for anything. I'm heading to Michaels now to buy replacement candles!

I ordered cake slice boxes for left over cake for a wedding. The picture of the box looked great so I ordered without actually checking the size of the box. When I received them they are tiny. There is no other size to choose from so I cannot exchange them. There is a restocking fee so it isn't worth it for me to send them back. I am disappointed to say the least. "

"Ordered table cloths from here for my wedding last december... paid for expedited shipping over a week before and never received the table cloths or a refund. Had to rent from a very expensive place instead. Have been trying to get a refund for months. They don't seem to care since it was ups that lost the package due to the holiday season somehow it is out of their hands. Very disappointed in the lack of action taken on this matter. It has been 5 months. Every time I contact them they say they are looking into it and they will contact me. I have to constantly check in to see if they are even doing anything and the answer is always the same "we are looking into it" "
"I attempted to return some item that were not as described online. To return the items were double the original shipping cost. When I inquired about the return cost, I was told of was because you are given a discounted rate only when you order not return. I decided to keep the items because after they deduct the cost of shipping my refund would have been $3.00. I think they need to rethink the refund policy. Definitely will not order again unless I know what I'm ordering will not have to be returned."

"I ordered 310 rolls of double faced satin ribbon and paid for overnight shipping on Thursday 5/28/2016 . I only received 3 out of 5 packages the next day (later to find out two (2) were left at the place or origin and would not arrive till Monday ). Each package was of 50 rolls. So I paid for an additional 160 rolls. When contacting sales agent I was informed there wasn't 310 rolls in stock, yet my purchase order was for 310. They tried to send what they had for Saturday (35rolls) That shipment was missed. My event install was for Sunday 6/01/2016 I was told the remainder of materials would be sent on Monday 6/02/2016. Of course I couldn't use it since the install was over at that point. I spoke on that Saturday with the shipping company and told them to return all materials to sender, they did not. I am having a hard time contacting your company and rectifying this matter because you only communicate via text/chat. It's very time consuming. I am on line now trying to figure out a return.
