"I tried to buy an Amazon gift card with bitcoin.Everything proceed fine, looked OK with checkout, but no order was submitted.
I have 19 successful bitcoin transactions, THEIR checkout failed.
It is not my fault that their checkout failed. I did not type in anything, just clicked through checkout on their website. I know now I should have tested first with $10 instead of $500 Their checkout failed and now I am out $500. They are not covering this or trying to make it right.
They had me contact a bitcoin vendor who is taking their time. They seem not to care at all. THEIR site is garbage. THEIR checkout failed through no fault of my own.

"Paid $100 for a Target gift card through EGifter.com.... the transaction went through and they took my money right away and sent me information on how to print out the gift card. BUT when I went to use the gift card it DID NOT WORK.. the cashier even manually entered the numbers and it came back as invalid.."
"The review below says it best. The person was estatic because she actually received her big $10 gift card that she ordered. It shouldn't be a relief to get what you paid for. But with Egifter it is. It's convenient. The points add up. But on most days its a crap shoot whether youll get approved. One day they approve an order. Same order.....next day.....no good. If you can't get your SH*T together, you shouldn't be in business. And if everyone is a "fraudster" as customer service says, then find another way to make money."
"I bought a ten dollar ebay gift card with egifter (yesterday around 5:30p.m.) and immediately got an email saying it was processing my order and ten dollars pending deduction from my PayPal account then decided to look up reviews of egifter and got really scared with all of the complaints of people simply not receiving what they were promised!! However the next day (today) I got an email from egifter (11:40 a.m.) and tada there was my gift card and I used it and it worked!!! I will definitely use them again!! After reading the reviews I was a little wary and thought I would lose my money however now that the order went through sucessfully I fully trust egifter and would definitely roeccomend it to people who don't mind waiting a little bit but will get what they ordered!! :)"

"BEWARE if you want to use Paypal with eGifter. I had seen a lot of positive reviews for eGifter on Reddit so I tried to buy a $25 Amazon giftcard. eGifter sent an email asking for additional verification that involved typing in a code they sent to my phone number. Less than a few hours later I got the dreaded "Your order has been cancelled" email. From what I've seen, many people who use Paypal on eGifter end up with cancelled orders. Don't advertise accepting Paypal if you end up rejecting all Paypal purchases, especially when I actually verified my phone number!! Don't waste your time with this site, I'm betting that I will get a bunch of spam calls now."

I am trying to use PayPay because I have a balance available in it, more than triple of what I am trying to get a gift card for. But it keeps sending this message.
When I contact customer service, they say this:

Basically I am out of luck. I found several other people having this same issue. When I asked why it is unauthorized and how to fix it, they never respond. This is the third time messaging them.
