"I bought my daughter a $75 Amazon gift card and it was so easy! She loved it and was able to put it into her account with a click of a button."
"Bought a gift card from this site and it had been a few days, yet I still dont have it. But it takes them a minute to get the money out of account.
I suggest just go to Ebay or Amazon.

"I used egifter a year ago for some gift cads using Bitcoin and all went well. Not so anymore. I made five transactions for gift cards. Two simply vaporized, lost forever, no record in the blockchain but deducted form my wallet. Two transactions completed on my end, but no card was issued. Customer support is unable to solve the problem. Once card was issued. Don't waste your BTC with egyfter. the company is unreliable and you cant recover anything!"
"They began as a small start up and made some mistakes along the way. But I can honestly say they are a group of extremely smart individuals who put together an awesome online gift card site and app. So much is going on behind the scenes as they roll out more features, functions and brands each month.
"You've come a long way baby!""
"I'm an Egifter customer for about a year now, and have given them a lot of business. I really like pretty much everything about them. I use Bitcoin to buy gift cards for myself for restaurants and Amazon and eBay, because Egifter's points systems puts me WAY ahead, financially, of the buying power of just using cash. And since Egifter's main competitor, Gyft, has ended its points program, that makes me an Egifter man from now on.
The only flaws are that occasionally my Bitcoin payment will go through just fine and fully confirm, but no card appears in my wallet; I have to open a support ticket to have them fix this. They always do, but it'd be nice if whatever bug causes that could be resolved. The complaints here seem to be entirely about Egifter's paypal implementation, which doesn't seem to work well, but pretty much every other aspect of the site gets thumbs up from customers, too. So as long as Egifter continues to function as it does now, I'll be a happy regular customer. "
"I saw a morning show host send a gift card to the other host with a video message. I sent one to my Dad in another state and it worked great. "
"I guess from the reviews PayPal isn't a great option here, but I don't use it so everything in my group gift went perfectly.
I invited everyone on the team and I was able to upload a picture of the team when they won at their competition. People left their own video messages when they contributed. I think that is so awesome to be able to do and takes the traditional gift card to a more personal level that just handing someone a gift card can't give.
My experience was perfect and I would definitely recommend it to others."
"Its free to join now. So I signed up without realizing what it really was. Its like frequent flyer miles or loyalty recards. When I am going to a store, I buy a gift card first and earn the points. Then I use the gift card to buy whatever I was going to buy. If there's coupons on top of that even better. I still keep forgetting to do that everytime but trying to get into a habit. It's a good deal. My only concern is their club is going to start charging. I have to make sure I buy enough to make it worth it. "
"Right after I bought my Amazon.com gift card, I checked for reviews and found this site. I was worried that I never receive my gift card but well, about 15 min later I got an email saying my gift card was ready. I applied it to my Amazon account and I didn't have any problem. I paid a $20 gift card with my PayPal account using PayPal balance only. Not sure if I'm lucky or not but it definitely worked."
"Awesome to send my sister in law a group gift. Couldn't figure out any otherwise to do it. Appreciate the help. I don't understand all the negatives. Yes paypal seems to be an issue. I used a credit card and it sailed through. "
"Love everything about this site. Easy to use, money to save, points to earn - what's not to love?
Donna"
"I purchased from this store and within an hour of collecting my private information they cancelled my order. I started getting tons of spam messages after signing up to them!
I am worried about future fraudulent charges but will keep my eyes open for it.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT WEBSITE!

"I had a phone stolen and it was then used to access an online bitcoin wallet from which $500 worth of bitcoin was used to buy an eGifter gift card. When I contacted eGifter they immediately agreed to refund the $500 and they followed appropriate protocol to verify that the person contacting them, myself, was indeed the person who controlled the online bitcoin wallet that they were refunding to.
Bitcoin and gift cards are obvious avenues for money laundering but eGifter clearly wants nothing to do with that. Kudos to eGifter!"
"Wow. How are these guys still in business? Oh. I know. People don't think to check online review sites before getting screwed over. egifter held my funds, claimed they had no knowledge of my purchase, I had to contact Paypal to refund the transaction. They explained when prompted for an explanation, that they prefer other payment methods. So basically, they just DON"T ACCEPT PAYPAL. They act like they do up front, even accepting the monies from your account, but I have an email from them and my experience that PROVES they do not. DON"T DO BUSINESS with them. SHADY practices. How much MOOLA are they holding from unsuspecting buyers at any given moment? HOW MUCH INTEREST are they glomming onto while claiming they have no record of your transaction, before refunding your money? STAY AWAY from them. GYFT and other gift card companies are doing the same thing, taking paypal funds then refunding them."
"Don't go here if you plan on getting a quick gift card for a friend or family member with good customer service. I don't write reviews very often, but when I do its either because the service was either exceptional or extremely terrible. In this case I want everyone to note how bad this company is. First of all they were more than happy to charge my card for $440.00, but after about 24 hours and seeing my order is still processing I get an email saying my order had been cancelled because they were "unable to confirm the validity of my payment."
I entirely understand how careful companies need to be for fraud and dishonest customers, but if you are going to verify every customer, don't charge the card unless the transaction had been approved.
Now they are saying there is no record of the transaction so there is nothing for them to refund. What a great company. Never coming here again, and I advise others to stay away as well."
