"Original order was placed Dec 29 for a Samsung 65JS9000 TV. They processed my credit card and took the money right away. I then got a notice that shipping would be delayed a few days due to heavy holiday volume. 2 weeks went by and I finally phoned to find out what was up. They said they would put a "Track and phone" on the order. 48 hours I called back as no one had contacted me. The person I got on the phone wasn't particularly nice, but told me that they had gone to ship me their last JS9000 to me back in late December, but had found that it was damaged and so they were waiting to get more, which would be inside the week. I asked that they refund the money and bill me again and they said "No problem", but it would take 4 days to show up. When there was still no refund 2 weeks later, I phoned back and got a different salesperson, who was very nice and helpful. He said they hadn't got any more yet and that the refund had slipped thru the cracks. I then suggested they upgrade me to the 9500 model for a real good deal and he said they would split the $1500 difference and I was happy with that. Things then went smoothly from there on in and I ended up with a killer deal on a better TV. Was not happy about the lack of communication and would highly recommend talking to Lou if you are buying anything from them, but they did a good job once everything was sorted out and they have great prices. Not so sure about their customer service though.... "
