"All my interactions with electronics for less Canada were fantastic. They sold me a top rate item (a 4k tv) at almost half the price of what I would've paid at the Best Buy down the street for the exact same model. It was impeccably well packaged as well for the long journey. Having said that, since they have to deal with third parties to get the product to you, be aware that you might run into some hiccups. My tv was ultimately shipped via Loomis Express, and I won't get into it, but that turned into a first rate disaster that involved a number of contradictory emails from them, and about 4 hours of my time wasted going to pick up my package at a facility that didn't have it...despite being told on the phone they did.
Anyway, I give Electronics For Less: 5 stars

"Although this order took a little longer than expected (2 weeks) the Christmas period was to blame and I am on the West Coast, the price was amazing at least $600 less than the big box stores. One reason was the Samsung promotion on the 8500 series which contributed $140 reduction and a $100 first time customer saving, along with the normal discounted price from EFLC. Plus shipping was free - amazing.
I was worried when my order was delayed due to shipping volumes, but received one of the best customer service emails I have ever seen - it reassured me there was no problem.
The TV itself is amazing and the shipping from Toronto to BC was no problem - no damage.
If you want to save money and not pay the overhead for the brick and mortar retail stores - use EFLC - great customer service and very good prices.
