"The Boxing Day Deal on the Precision Acoustics BT5M 5.25" Powered Bluetooth & USB Speakers was fabulous - it would have been perfect except they made me pay for shipping. That would have been okay except they forgot to ship them on time so they arrived days late.
The Speakers are great - at least when connected via Bluetooth to my iPhone. Having Bass and Treble controls along with Volume on a separate remote is handy, but it would have been cooler if there was an APP for the iPhone for it instead. (Probably would have been cheaper to supply as well.) I'd definitely recommend them to a friend at this price level."
"Probably not the best sounding bluetooth speaker out there but keep in mind it is RUGGED , waterproof, really versatile with it's accessories, can charge your smartphone etc exactly what i needed . I use it at work, in the shower, at home generally and will be amazing for camping and plan to install a mount to put it on my personal watercraft aswell. It has great sound and in my opinion definitely louder and better sounding than the fugoo tough. No distortion or crackling at max volume and the "100ft" bluetooth transmission makes you able to go a little further from it without the sound cutting

"I had been shopping at Best Buy to get a set of Precision Audio speakers, same as a friend of mine had that he paid over $500 for a year ago.
BB was selling them for #399 a pair, and theyhad a demo set that they would sell me for $299, but no remote.
I really liked them for their Bluetooth feature.
I did a quick surf of the web, and found Electronics for Less.ca that was blowing out the same speakers for $99.
I bought a pair, and the friend that had them before (that paid over $500 for them) bought 3 pair for his family.
