"Site indicated the product I ordered was in stock and would be delivered in 4 days or less. It is now January 10, 2016 and it has not been shipped.
It was explained to me that the reason for the delay was with the manufacturer. I appreciated someone taking the time to explain the situation and they also offered me an additional discount due to the delay. A number of retailers could learn from this company when it comes to customer service."
