I really like the large imprint size and quality of construction. Unfortunately, they didn't arrive on time creating some logistical challenges for our team. However, customer service exceeded my expectations in making the order right earning back a 4 star rating. I truly appreciate a company that stands by it service and will definitely use Epromos again."
