"I started the process of custom rulers three weeks before I needed them. It took them a long time to get back to me. I had to call a couple times.
The first proof they sent me was very unprofessional... disappointed so I called to discuss how to make it look good. I thought that was their job!
Then it got down to the wire... The gal told me if we got the proof approved that day, we would get the order by the date needed...
The next morning I got an e-mail stating she was sorry but she couldn't have it done by the date promised... sorry for the inconvenience.... WOW, really?
Now I wasn't going to have anything for the kids... have to start all over with a new company... thankfully there was a company on the ball who was able to help me last minute and get the rulers here... E-promos couldn't, didn't deliver!
I would like to add, that a few days after my post, I did receive a very apologetic phone call from the company. They offered to do some free work for us. I do appreciate the follow up.
I will most likely give them another chance down the road.
