"While the custom printing looks great, the headphones themselves are extremely disappointing. Of the three pairs I tested only one worked in both ears and the sound quality and volume are extremely poor. At $2.50/pair I wasn’t expecting top quality but did hope they at least would work! Definitely will not be reordering these.

"The pens we ordered were fantastic, exactly what we wanted and were expecting. The cloth-type sleeves they came in, however, weren't so great. Many were punctured at the bottom, and there wasn't a clear serration to separate the sleeves from each other, some needed to be cut with scissors. They came assembly line style, for instance a row of 7 sleeves, all connected together via the sides with pens inside.
Overall, great product, just wish the sleeves were a bit more impressive and durable. Don't take this the wrong way, the pens themselves are 100% on point. The only disappointment was with the sleeves. They arrived promptly and the representatives I spoke with throughout the process were absolute professionals. Very attentive to our needs. Would absolutely recommend for any kind of promotional business."
