"They advertised Custom 1.75" X 2.75" Oval Button with multi-color LED flashing lights that my artwork was designed for to fit the vertical oval shape. All was well initially approving artwork that their graphics department did on vertical oval button. At the eleventh hour from out of nowhere they offered two obvious unacceptable alternatives (large round button or vertical rectangular button) to the oval button with only one Red LED and my design reduced too much in size on the vertical oval button. Also, I had to increase the initial order from 50 and 100 buttons to 500 buttons using two white flashing LEDs that I approved to get what I wanted, and then to my utter disappointment, they inform me that their technical experts can't fit the LED light and switch apparatus inside the vertical oval button. Their apologies and return of all my money accepted, still leaves me thinking they deliberately didn't want to do it or how incompetent the technical operation is? The two representatives were most friendly and nice, but it was the worst experience I've ever had making my creations into reproduced hand-out products. They didn't even send me the one blank sample button requested. Very strange indeed. It will take some time to get over this waste of time for sure."
