"Placed an order with ePromos, customer service was friendly and helpful initially. 3 days after the work was supposed to have begun on my order, I received a call (after I had already been charged) informing me that the minimum order was not 48 units as previously stated but 260+ (somewhere around there).
This information, if true, should have been conveyed to me during initial communication or on the site before placing the order. I now have to get a refund, order from another source, and wait even longer to receive the product."
