After mistakes with a first order, I was promised specific improvements with this second order. These did not occur. Additionally, I was told a shirt wasn't available in one adult size. When I found it easily on Amazon and offered to send it to ePromos, I thought the problem was solved. It seemed as though they were going to order the shirts. Instead, they waited for availability without letting me know so a few of my items arrived much later than the others and later than promised."

Custom designing can be a lengthy process especially if a small business has never used their logo to order promotional items before. I know emails are needed because of proof of the conversation or whatever but phone call response would have been nice. Also, the order process was like playing telephone and the design guys didn't always get what I was asking exactly. "
