"Terrible customer service. I was trying my hardest to place a fairly large order with them, but they rarely got back to me via phone or e-mail. When they did, they weren't knowledgeable about their products at all. Went with another company, glad I did."
"Caveat Emptor.
Their web site tape measure that I ordered, in a quantity of 250, arrived and the tape measure was not 5', as described. Also, they advised me several days later that they had only 100 in stock. They describe themselves "working as a team, but it couldn't be farther from the truth. Their customer service is self praising, but it certainly doesn't live up to the standards they claim to offer.
Only ONE person should be in charge of an order from beginning to end, not the so-called "team", which is less than useless.
I requested a refund and am taking my business elsewhere."
"Great promises and zero delivery. Ordered the product on 11/12 for delivery on 11/21 front end fantastic follow up, but when delivery time came for my event the product did not arrive today on 11/26 they have no idea where the product is. Called and emailed my rep and no response. Other reps said they could not help I had to wait for the rep that was assigned to my account. "
"Here's a rarity in the online world. When placing my order I signed up for emails from the company. Usually that means a bombardment of advertisements often several times a week (even as much as every day) for years. I received only genuine promotional emails, meaning only when they had special deals. The prices are great all the time, though, so there's no need to try to trick customers with perpetual blowout sales."
