The order was incorrectly filled. We received an incorrect # of mens shirts vs. an incorrect # of women's shirts. We have yet to receive the corrected order! Sure would be nice to get our shirts inasmuch as we have PRE-PAID for them!"

The new pens are lovely, but at a Fundraiser (for which we ordered the pens) one of our guests received a pen with the the name half rubbed off. I have not had time to go through the rest of the box but have not had any other reports of defective pens.

"I ordered some mobile phone microfiber pouches with my company logo. The process was seamless from start to end. My sales person Dave assisted me throughout the ordering and graphics process and Leah then assisted me with the artwork proofs and final order. I asked for one change after seeing the first proof to enlarge the website address font. I had a new proof with the changes within the day. I was kept apprised of the production schedule and my order shipped and arrived earlier than the given target date. The pouches are decent quality for the price and the logo looks great. "I recently started working with ePromos for our company conference giveaways and materials. We shopped around a few companies first, but went with ePromos based on the customer service. They had customer service reps based in the US who were able to quickly guide us to the right products. Some of the other sites we checked out had lower pricing, but I just didn't trust that the order would go through correctly and didn't want to deal with the hassle of having to return a bad product. We first ordered notebooks and USB flash drives from ePromos. They came out great and since then we've ordered polo tshirts. I'm confident that we'll be using ePromos for the foreseeable future."
"This company does not seem capable of team response to customer needs. They email you alternate phone numbers when the person you are working with is OOT (hello, how about email?), but those people do not follow up effectively. I am begging to give these folks a CC# to get started on my promotional job, and I hear crickets. I've had exchanges with four (4) different people after getting a sample of the product I wanted and received sluggish response, or none at all. I had approvals from my end, supplied artwork and even a proof.
I got so frustrated I looked up someone I used to work with at a prior job and am getting much better response. They seem to want my business! Who knew."
