"EPromos advertise one thing, they take your money and fail to deliver! Horrible service full of deception, delays and unpromising deliveries! "

"I ordered a product that came in and didn't look great with my logo on it. It was too small to read. I called epromos to say it would have been nice for a rep to have told me on this particular product we suggest doing it this way so it looks best. But because nobody did that, my order was disappointing.
Good news is they made it right with revised logo and shipped me a new order at no cost.
Bad news is the second order was wrong because it was the same order as the first with no corrections.
Good news is the 3rd order is on it's way and tho I haven't seen it yet, I believe it will be right.
We all have bad days and mistakes happen. They just do. But I'm encouraged that they are willing to make sure it is right. That much I am happy about. Thank you!"
