"I ordered plain face masks, with no customization, on April 6 with a verbal and order acknowledgement ship date of April 13, in hands by the 16th. When they had not arrived by the 17th I asked for an update on the status and was told the first wave on inventory was still on its way, now with an estimated ship date of April 24. The order did ship on the 24th but delivery problems were next. On the 28th, UPS tracking details showed a missing or incorrect apartment number, though the address was confirmed as correct. The address was corrected and delivery would be attempted the next day. On the 29th, UPS tracking details showed the company or receiver name was incorrect though the address details were confirmed as correct. The information was updated and the package was held another day. Final delivery was May 1. So, from April 6 to May 1 is the length of time it took from order placed to order received. My rep, Jenni, was attentive and quick at trying to help, but I was misled into believing the inventory was readily available. The masks were a donation to a hospital that was requiring staff to use one per shift due to a shortage. Waiting almost a month for them was frustrating. Overall disappointing experience."
"It's really nice to get updates on my order and the availability. I enjoy working with my ePromos rep and the option of just calling her to order merchandise instead of going through the website. The website has not been user friendly for me when I check out. It just spins and spins and never completes my order. I am not sure if it's the browser I am using."

When I discussed the situation of our company being closed for the next 3 months, they happily issued a full refund and provided a label to return the product. Keep in mind, there was nothing wrong with the product, it just wasn't what I thought I ordered. Talk about amazing customer service!! Thank you ePromos for having our back!"
