"The poker golf ball markers were OK, but nothing extraordinary. I used this site because I had markers donated last year for our outing and I didn't know what site those donated markers came from.

I think the price was too high for the value. Customer service calls you back if you have questions, but then they keep calling you after you receive the shipping, looking for feedback. It's annoying to have them leaving voicemails. So, here I am leaving the requested feedback - but it's not really high praise.
I have since found two websites that have very similar products with NO set up fee, etc. All they had to do was place my jpeg logo in the center of a chip! That alone cost $45??
Shop around, you can do better for the price with a comparable product."
"I contacted your company and got a reply back from Jenni Shaw, your rep. Afte telling her what I wanted and especially how I wanted it she stayed in touch with me and helped me get the product I wanted how I wanted it. And even though it was not a big order she was great.
