My other problem was the short deadline before the event. Stephen helped identify what items could be rushed and guaranteed to reach before the trade show date. Everything was as promised and he ensured to touch base before and after the order was placed to keep me updated on the progress. The items turned out to be great. Overall I am very happy customer! "Our company orders several items from ePromos on a semi-regular basis as well as a few special one-time orders every once in a while. They have been very easy to work with. One of our items (padfolios) came in with a manufacturing error (some rippling in the covers) and ePromos was quick to provide us with options for a partial reimbursement/discount or direct replacement. We chose direct replacement, and they had the order in the works immediately for delivery within the week. I would recommend them for their great service!"

"I confirmed that the product I wanted to order was in stock on a Wednesday (2,500 pieces were in the warehouse) and placed the order on Friday. The next Tuesday I received an email that the item I had ordered was out of stock. The sales rep that I had been working with would not return any of my calls or emails and was pretty much useless after that point. Every single day I had to speak with a new customer service rep and explain the whole situation over and over. Finally a customer service rep was helpful and actually got up to speak to their warehouse and reached out to their supplier to get the product that I ordered. She told me that they would rush my order so that the production time was 2 days instead of 5 and then overnight my order. The items I ordered magically appeared the next day when it was supposed to be 4 days. You'd think that since the product came in early the production would start right away since it was a rush order- nope! Production didn't start for another 3 days. My order was produced and shipped in the same exact day. The only excuse that I was given was that my order was not eligible to be rushed even though that was exactly what customer service told me. Then, customer service suggested I touch base with the sales rep who was not involved at this point to discuss a courier service that could guarantee an earlier delivery - the sales rep said they don't have a service like that. I had 2 different customer service reps suggest the courier service. My order finally arrived the day before the event that I needed them for. Dealing with ePromos was not worth the headache and stress. Horrible!"
