"Although the website can be somewhat difficult at time, once in contact with a representative I found the customer service to be absolutely incredible. As a co-chair of a 100 person golf tournament I've been using ePromos for a few years for the gifts. This year in particular I placed my order very late. The team at Epromos worked hard to fill the order without complaints. An item wasn't availible on short notice and they quickly found a better product to be used in its place. I have received all the items a day early and couldn't be happier about the quality of the products. If you need promotional goods use Epromos.
