"I recently placed an order for some customized backpacks. I waited a week for a rep to send me the proof, but nothing happened. I finally had to call them, and after speaking to several people they finally figured out that my order had been sent somewhere else in the company, to a person that didn't have anything to do with orders.
When they finally tracked it down, they had to expedite the order (for free) just to get to me by my deadline. Due to this I then had to spend an additional $100 on shipping the product to one of my employees to get the products to our customers in time. Epromos oversight and screw-up cost me another $100 that I had not budgeted for and for a small business like mine that's a huge problem.
To their credit they did expedite their production on 2 items for no additional charge, seeing it was their mistake, and the rep I did work with was very apologetic and did everything she could to help out. Regardless, it still cost me additional money I didn't have in a very tight budget.
I suggest if you're going to be placing a time-sensitive order with them, be sure to follow up yourself, and don't rely solely on them. "

"I don't typically leave reviews and I help companies with their Customer Experience and User Experience for a living. The ordering process on the website was a little wonky and I had to call to finalize the order (it didn't accept my U.S. phone number as a valid U.S. phone number). I placed the order and the confirmation said it was to ship on the 17th. Trying to look up order status online resulted in a page not found. I emailed my rep a week before my event. She said it would ship very soon and would share tracking info. A few days out I emailed again, stating that I was nervous. No response. I emailed 24 hours later. She said it would ship the day before my absolute drop dead date. I asked for overnight shipping with morning delivery. I emailed the next day for confirmation that it actually shipped. Heard back "yes", no tracking info. Asked specifically for tracking info twice before she shared it. We needed the goods as swag for a conference and the waiting game and sub-par communications was stressful and frustrating. The goods themselves were great, but I wanted to share this as a warning that our order, which was placed nearly a month before we needed them, barely made it. I understand that things can slip through the cracks occasionally, but when they do, please make sure that you do everything from a customer service perspective to maintain trust and confidence. Clear, accurate communications mean everything—get ahead of the customer—and can be the difference between two stars and five."
