"The start of this project was April 3rd and I wanted it April 27th. The brand consultant Laura was out of the office for a bit for an emergency (totally okay). What wasn't okay is that they gave my project to someone else without letting me know who to contact or any status of the project. I was hoping for a proof by the end of the week, so I checked in on the 8th just to see how things were. Didn't hear from Laura til the 15th (because of the emergency). Laura is great I would love to work with her again, but I would like to know when my project was given to someone else and contact information so I am not buggin Laura constantly trying to figure out what and where my porject is. The table cloth came out beautifully and came in one time even with everything approved and paid for a day or two before the event. I will use Epromos again (hopefully with Laura) and hope this second go around won't be as crazy."
