"We ordered 100 pens that were supposed to be the same color as the pen and engraved. After seeing the proof, I called customer service to make sure the pen would not have black text. I was told that the pen would not have black and that it would be engraved the same color as the pen. We received the order with pens with black text printed on (not engraved). After calling customer service and them speaking with their production team, we found out that the pen that we chose on the website isn't even being made anymore. We then ordered a second batch of a similar pen style. The pen still doesn't seem to be what we ordered (same color engraved). the text is either printed or slightly etched. I think that the website should be updated with more realistic end product photos/descriptions.
I did appreciate the customer service with quick shipping for the second batch. I would be weary to purchase again."
