"Credit card didn't work online, so I called customer service. Customer service was able to manually input my order and credit card without any problems, but then contacted me the following day to let me know that the product I wanted was discontinued. Customer service did offer me an alternative, but the product was not in the colors that I required (wanted black, only had pink). Epromos said that they would cancel my order, but charged my credit card (for the over $5,000 order) and still haven't refunded my money."

"We had three products we were interested in ordering - PopSockets, webcam covers, and pens. After learning that the webcam covers we ordered only allowed for one color print (our mistake) we switched to another supplier through ePromos. We received the correct proof almost immediately and the webcam covers were ordered that week. This is why we gave ePromos 2 stars. At least that order went through seamlessly.
It took just about a month to get the PopSockets and pens ordered and to have the 1 color webcam covers removed from the order. The proofs we kept receiving for the pens and PopSockets never matched what we originally uploaded with the corresponding items. I'm not sure if something happened with their system when the order was paced or what, but no matter how many times we requested for them to use the correct uploaded artwork and explained what it needs to look like, the proofs came back wrong. We even emailed back and forth a few times where we mentioned and re-sent the artwork that needed to be used with each item i.e. the logo below needs to be used with item #xxxxxx. After another week of not receiving the correct proofs, we finally chatted with our consultant to reiterate what the proofs need to look like. Sometime the following week we finally received the correct proofs. They were approved and it was noted in the item comment section AGAIN - for the umpteenth time - that the 1 color webcam covers we originally requested still needed to be deleted from the order so we could move forward. We received an email that week stating that they sent us our order paperwork for review - which we never received, it wasn't even in the spam folder. We emailed them back letting them know that we did not received the order paperwork and that the 1 color webcam covers STILL (after about a month of requests) needed to be removed from the order so we could finally proceed with the pens and PopSockets. The webcam covers were removed and we finally got the PopSockets and pens ordered.
TWO weeks later we received an email notifying us that the supplier had run out of stock on the pens and wouldn't have new stock until the end of November. We decided to wait. In the meantime, we received the PopSockets. They look great.
About 2 days ago (2 months after placing the initial order) we received an email notifying us that the supplier is unable to print the 2 color logo on the pen, even though the website specifically states that the pens can have 2 colors printed on the barrel (which is where we want our logo printed) and they've had the proofs for IDK how long. I'm not sure if this is on the supplier or ePromos, but the information needs to be changed on the website to reflect what they can actually do.
Needless to say, we will be taking out business elsewhere. It's ridiculous that it took 1-2 months to complete half an order, not to mention the amount of time and frustration on our end when the proofs kept coming back incorrectly and, in some instances, with the wrong artwork being used. "

"Twice I placed an order, only to receive an email the next day saying the item was out of stock. I was only offered to wait until it was back in stock, substitute the item for a less popular color, or purchase a more expensive item (at the more expensive price). Both times I requested a refund, and that request was immediately granted, which is the only reason they get 2 instead of 1 stars. They certainly didn't try to keep me as a customer by offering any sort of discount or incentive to order due to the inconvenience."
