"I would like to start by saying that writing a poor review is something I don't normally do unless my experience with the company was absolutely horrible. Needless to say, my experience with Etech4Sale was horrible.
My computer screen died. I needed a new inverter board. I purchased the part from Etech4sale because they had the lowest price I could find, and I had no money at the time. Excited to receive my computer part, I attached it without looking it over thoroughly. It didn't fit right. Etech4sale "mislisted" the part. The inverter board didn't fit my computer and to make matters worst, there part blew the bulb in my screen which did work prior to me installing the wrong part, and I didn't find out until I purchased the right part which by the way, was not from Etech4sale. I was told twice that I would get postage to return the inverter board, once by mail (which I didn't), and when I called to inquire about the postage they said that they would send it by email instead (which I did get but the link didn't work). By this time, I was without a computer for two weeks, one week waiting for the part and one week waiting for the return postage. I was expecting my part upon the return of the "mislisted" part which is when they told me that they didn't have the part, so this all could have been avoided from the beginning had the made that mistake. It took them even longer to return my money to my card.
I decide to just pay the extra money for the right part straight from the computer company (Sony). It came immediately and fit perfectly.
I strongly suggest customers think twice before doing business with Etech4sale."

"What a terrible experience I have had with this company.
In January (1/27/09) I ordered a Dell 150Wwatt PA-15 adapter (http://www.etech4sale.com/213055/dell-original-ac-adapter-for.html) for my Inspiron 9100 after my original broke. The price was good and the shipping was prompt.
However, when I plugged it in, my computer gave me an error that the adapter was only putting out 130Watts. I immediately requested an RMA.
After waiting for nearly a month and a half (March 18, 2009) I received a replacement adapter. Plugged it in, same problem. At this point, I'm annoyed. I send etech4sale describing my problems and request of full reimbursement for the product AND shipping fees.
Etech4sale took forever to reply to my email. This is after I had called the company a number of times, always getting the "our representatives are busy" message. Finally, I receive an email on April 13, 2009 saying that they sent out a reimbursement check (never stating the amount I requested) and told me to contact them if I didn't receive it in a few days.
Now it is May 18, 2009. I still have not received a check and apparently, they have stopped replying to my emails. So, after almost FOUR MONTHS I have not received the $80.40 that this company owes me.
Needless to say, I will never order from this company again. Not only are their products questionable (Two faulty adapters?), they have little to no customer support at all.
I ended up buying a new adapter from Dell. It cost me $70, but at least I have something to show for it."

"After initial delivery mistakes (I received no email indicating the item was back-ordered and would I like a similar replacement?), the replacement item I selected was delivered rapidly, especially considering I am serving in Iraq. I am very happy with my Zune cover, even if it is black, not clear. It was difficult to contact the company, however: The customer service mailbox was full and would not accept incoming emails. I had to submit a support-request ticket online to find out what happened to my order. Even with all the shipment difficulties, I am pleased with the final result."
