"Our tow hitch came quickly, there was some damage to the box. the flanges that bolt to the frame broke though the box you need to pad those with some heavy cardboard to keep them from breaking through the box during shipping. I didn't have the luxury of a lift to so working from the ground is a challenge use a floor jack to lift and balance the hitch. My 2025 chevy trax had an issue with the driver side rear bolt hole the bolt would not fit through using the fishing wire although the bolt would thread though even though it's suppose to be a clean passthrough, I had to drill out the hole to make it work that's Chevies fault not yours. "
