Three days later they sent us an email stating that the item was out of stock because they had "unexpectedly and temporarily run out of" the product.

Well that sounded like a bunch of bull to us, and after pressing for an answer, we received an exact copy of the original "out of stock" email.

The worst part is, there are NO phone numbers to call on their site. We scoured their site for them. There is absolutely no phone support whatsoever. They only provide an email address and snail mail address to contact them. Generic bounce-back emails were the only responses we got.

... that is until we decided to cancel the order, at which point a "customer service" number magically appeared on the cancellation page, after we had cancelled it...

Terrible customer service practices have led us to writing this review. We do not reccomend shopping at Etronics, rather, going for a merchant worth the 4 extra bux you'll spend on an expensive item."
