"Positive experience working with this company. I was hesitant, but I really needed a new pair of frames to fit my daughter's lenses that I already had. I called their toll free number to order, was connected to a real person (in the U.S.) right away. He was very polite and helpful and verified that my frames were in stock. I ordered on a Thursday and had my frames on Tuesday. Probably would have been here Monday, but it was a holiday weekend."

Apparently they don't stock a lot of their frames but you can call for how long they take to get them."

I spoke with a company representative and was advised eyeglasses.com no longer carried those frames. However, he found and sent me new temples at no charge. I consider this superior customer service.

I called to see if the frames were in stock and just like it read online, they were! The horror stories of other retailers taking weeks to deliver WAS NOT true here. They made several mistakes with my order (certain things were "overlooked") which delayed my order a couple different times. None of these oversights were apologized for at any point. I finally had to cancel my order after realizing it was going to take over a week to get my glasses. After reading other reviews and speaking directly with someone at Vision Solution/eyeglasses.com and reassured frames were in stock and not backordered (which one reviewer said to doublecheck), I decided to order.

"After reading reviews on BizRate and on Epinions, I was a little hesitant about ordering from them but after receiving the frames today, I am ecstatic. The prices are moderately more expensive than framesdirect.com (the pair I got were about $24 cheaper at framesdirect.com but after shipping charges it netted to about $15), but could find little feedback on frames direct. The little I found (on epinions) was all negative. The eyeglases.com product selection is extensive, but still quite a bit less so than framesdirect.com. I ordered the frames on a Saturday with free ground shipping (all items have free ground shippping at eyeglasses.com)and could track the status of my order on-line via their website. When the product shipped on Monday, much to my delight they sent it via 2-day air instead of ground and it got here on Wednesday, a day earlier than eyeglasses.com estimated. Throughout the process, I received e-mails from eyeglasses.com confirming my order, during the order processing and again when the frames shipped. I did not order the lenses because I didn't want to sink alot of $$ into the glasses in case there were problems with the whole experience, but I did see they had extensive choices in lenses. I am definitely going to order from them again!"
