"Took about 1 full week to get my glasses which is pretty good. I made a mistake on 2 of 3 orders and had email them using their contact support page. I also faxed my details on the mistake. No reply back but yet they did take the consideration and fix my order (they sure have good people working there).
Only mistake that I didnt like was that the delivery guy kinda gave me a hard time about the shipping address not having an APT# as I had put it on the 2nd line of the form aka ADRESS 2 on most forms.
I am happy over all. Can't complain too much with their prices. I would buy again."
"I've ordered two eyeglasses to be delivered at The Helmsley Park Lane Hotel, in New York City.
I did the order on the 22nd of may and I payed an extra money to have a faster deliverance (two days, I guess), because my friends should've stayed at the hotel till the 1st of june.
So, I did the order on time and with no risc of late deliverance.
But what happened was that you only sent the package 9 days after the order and when it did arrive at the hotel (31st of may, friday night) the hotel mail office closed for part of the weekend and didn't give it to my friends.
Result: I payed for the eyeglasses but I didn't get them.
I am very disapointed."

"I'm dissatisfied with their customer service. It's been nearly 3 weeks since I emailed a question about what to do with my expensive ($245) black frames that have the coating peeling off.
There's no answer from customer service, so I'm pretty much stuck with using Sharpie black pens to cover up the silver-colored base metal.
Followup: Eyeglasses.com did not send me an email 'within one day'. I always check my junk mail and spam filter reports, by the way..."
