"First experience ordering rx glasses online so was a bit hesitant. Received just last week and although they needed to be adjusted at the local optical shop, the lense rx was fine. Made a few phone calls with questions prior to placing the order, and one of the ladies I spoke with was very pleasant. Ordering process was fairly easy, and like being able to fax rx so they can verify (less room for error). Will plan on using eyeglasses.com again for future needs and saving the $$$$. Thanks- "

"I love my original purchase of yellow Chakra eyeglasses, so I ordered 3 more Chakras: 1 pair of blue but wrong lens strength (I wanted 2.50, got 1.25); 1 pair of orange 2.50 but too strong a color; 1 pair of sunglasses which are too small and don't shield much sun and can't be worn for driving since they are 2.50 strength. These I bought for outdoor reading, but doesn't keep out much sun. I already have cataracts! I really wanted blue and red, but settled for the orange. It's way to dark for my complexion. May I return some and exchange others? That is, if you've restocked the blue in 2.50, and I'll look at other colors in 2.50 strength. "
