"Like many others, I wish I had looked closer at the reviews of this outfit. My order took five weeks to finally arrive (they're obviously drop shipping from OEMs) . They simply will not answer emails, even though they make a big deal about being so customer friendly. On balance, they do pick up the phone, and David did do a decent job of telling me it wouldn't be much longer. Meh... After receiving the order, I had to ask for a return because the items didn't fit (not their fault--I got what I ordered). I did get an RMA, but never heard from them in the following weeks (five more weeks total). Again, repeated emails to customer service went unanswered, so back to the phone. David acknowledged that I was due a refund but a "glitch" had prevented me from getting it. I finally did get my refund, but they charged me 20% for restocking and credit card usage fees. If I hadn't been very diligent I'm sure they would have never issued the refund. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THESE GUYS. As other have stated, STAY AWAY."
"Do Not Buy At Faucet Stop I ordered a faucet on line it was a week latter didn't hear anything back send an email looking for the status of my order still didn't hear anything from them called gave them my info and was transferred to 3 different people in 10 min span and when I got to the last guy Elie I asked him why I was transferred so many times didn't know ask about my order told me another 10 days and I said how come and he said he didn't know he was going to try and put a rush on it I went back on line and for $19.00 dollars more I ordered the same item and is binging shipped next day The best price is not the best way to go "
"BUYER BEWARE. I wish I would have read online reviews before ordering. I ordered a Kohler sink that had been discontinued. Faucetstop.com allowed the order to go through and took my payment info. Five days later I had a feeling that I should contact the company. Two very rude 'sales reps' later I was told that it was discontinued and that they didn't have any in stock. If it's discontinued and not in stock then why are they accepting credit card numbers?! My advice would be to call and place the order versus online ordering..."
"placed an order on 2/16/15, today is 2/21/15 and there is no info when /if the order will ship.
Update: called again today (2/26/15) and asked to clarify the order status- I was placed on "hold" and no one ever picked up the phone.
I don't know who is writing the 5 stars reviews but they are most likely the employees or owners of this outfit."

"**BUYER BEWARE**I ordered on Friday, no shipping information provided, the website said instock available to ship immediately. on Monday, no shipping information, eli called me and said it was out of stock and would have to come from the mfg. I offered to pay extra to get it here faster. he quoted $10 and I paid. on Tuesday I called for tracking information, I had to go through 3 people to get to eli and he said it would be here Thursday. I told him I would call my customer she needs the part before Christmas and she might cancel. I did not call Wednesday anticipating the part Thursday. I called Thursday, went through 3 people, to get eli, he said I said to cancel, nothing had shipped. I asked if I cancelled and he didn't ship where was my refund?? he said he would refund now. I got a full refund but my customer is upset and my reputation is flawed. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE***** BUYER BEWARE!!"
"The worst! A day or so after the order was placed, (nov. 17) I was called and informed the cost had increased $20. On December 1 I called to see where the order was and was informed it had been back ordered had just come in and I would have the faucet by the weeks end which would have been dec. 5th or 6. It is now dec 11 and still no faucet! Of course my bathroom project is waiting ! Never order anything from this place!"
