"I ordered an item for overnight delivery. Received a confirmation email. I called to check on the status of the order, was told the order is being processed and would be here (3) days later. Thats NOT overnight. I am running a plumbing business here. Lesson learned - do not order from a company you are not familiar with - even if their prices are a bit lower. Its not always a good deal."

"I have had the identical negative experience as the other buyers. There was an attempted bait and switch; when I refused they relented but told me there would be a 2 week delay. I was fine with that. Three weeks later there was no update. Phone calls and emails to support went unanswered. I had to use my rude yankee routine to finally get a response and was told my order somehow went missing.
Stay away from these guys. "

"I should've checked this merchant's reputation BEFORE placing an order. Faucet Stop had the discontinued Kohler item I wanted at a very good price, although the shipping/handling was expensive. I called them to verify the item was in stock and spent over 30 minutes on hold without my call ever having been answered. After Faucet Stop received my order, I received an email asking me to contact them via a special toll-free number. I was then told the item I had ordered was no longer available but they could provide a generic replacement that would exactly match the Kohler color I had ordered, although it would cost "a little more than the Kohler." I asked why they were showing the Kohler item as being in stock and I was told that the website only gets updated periodically. This is a typical "bait and switch" marketing ploy. I told them to send me confirmation of the cancellation of my order, but I haven't received it. I strongly recommend avoiding this company. "

"Faucet Stop (faucetstop.com) appears to be the same as Decor Island; when you call them the message on hold talks about Decor Island at least, not Faucet Stop.
I'm having similar problems to those reported about Decor Island -- asked if an item was in stock and would ship the same day, was told they had 5 in stock and would ship same day. 5 days later nobody is answering the phone, their online support isn't available and they don't respond to e-mail. Each day since placing the order they have told me it shipped and that tracking would be supplied either shortly or the following day. I don't believe it shipped. "
