"Liars. Thieves. This is a scam. In three weeks they had the following reasons for not sending merchandise:
• backordered one week
• backoerdered an additional week; will be shipped in ten days
• just arriving; will be shipped in three days
• backordered; will arrive by the end of the next week
• one item still missing in order when I ordered only one item!
• oops, their mistake. will be shipped this afternoon
• later that afternoon, phones shut off during business hours
IF YOU HAVE ORDERED FROM THEM, FILE A DISPUTE NOW. IF YOU HAVEN'T, THEN DON'T. YOU WILL NEVER SEE THE MERCHANDISE."
"I ordered but didn't create an account. They don't let you track your shipment if you don't create an account, so you have to call them to track it. That's pretty old school. So after nearly 2 weeks of no news I called, and was told it was still 5 more days before it got to me. 17 days to send me a doorknob! Maybe. Haven't gotten it yet. That's pretty old school too. "
"I ordered a Kohler sink strainer w/tailpiece from Faucet Stop because of the great price and because their website lauds the immediate shipping and in-stock availability. After no confirmation email came, and the Kohler part did not arrive, I attempted to track the item through Faucet Stop's website. Unbelievably, unless you "signed in" (not as a guest), you cannot track your shipment! Now, 10 days later, I finally reached someone at Faucet Stop who told me that the part was shipped 6 days ago and is scheduled to arrive in 4 MORE days! I have never seen UPS take more than 5 days to ship anything in the US to anywhere else in the us. Where was it shipped from, the moon? Also, during my excessive wait on line, I was asked to choose from Sales, Shipping, etc and chose Shipping but a salesperson picked up and then asked me to wait yet again for someone in Shipping, who offered me a tracking number. Meanwhile, my project is on hold due to these b...ards. Who says service is dead in America? I do, unless you live on a farm and want to get your cow "serviced." That kind of service is something we all can do without! "
"We were doing a bathroom remodel, and so we needed a shower door. The contractor would be ready for it in a couple of days, so we needed it soon. Faucet Stop was offering the door we wanted at a low price, and the site said that Next Day Shipping was available for a charge (that we were willing to pay). Called sales - Next Day Shipping was unavailable for that item, but the salesperson said that it was only a few states away, and we should have it in 2 days, 3 "at the latest." Turns out that where he thought the item was was actually where the business office was (I guess not the same as his), and that is when the order was SHIPPED (from a much greater distance away than he suggested). The company was hard to reach because their phone tree would hang up on us. (Use 0 to improve your chances of getting someone.) They then became a middle-man with a third-party shipping company that tracking suggested was taking our door PAST our house to some waypoint, further delaying our shipment. With much follow-up, we did get the shower in about 7 days (or 8 at the latest). Our contractor thought that the packaging had been opened before, and might have been a floor model. Even so, the item was in good enough shape and quite to our liking. Just don't expect FS to deliver on promises."
"I purchased a 32" sink from faucet stop on Tuesday and requested 3 day shipping so I could get it the Monday after. When I called the retailer on Wednesday the order was being processed and they said they could get not get it to me by that date. I asked them to help me out, and for a very small additional amount they agreed to expedite the process and shipping. Despite my slight misgivings at not having received an email about shipping for two days, the sink turned up on friday. It was in great condition and I am very happy with my experience. I will definitely be shopping there again."
"Ordered shower trim and valve. Called prior to ordering to verify that it was in stock. Was told that it was. After 8 days I have not received anything but the invoice. Called. Was told that their internet was down. Then told that they do not stock the product. Lied every step of the way. Used Paypa and that is the only confirmation received."
"I just ordered a small oval sink. The price listed was $54 and the wording free shipping was listed with the price. However, upon checkout $9.99 was added for shipping. Upon review, in another area, it is stated that most orders of $80 or more include free shipping. I believe that the stated price was misleading, therefore I have questions concerning the honesty of faucet shop."

"We ordered handles for a bathtub from the Amazon website and were quoted $63. A few days later we were asked to call in and were told that the ordered item was not available and that they had a newer model which would cost $20 more. I later found out that the same item is still advertised on the Amazon website for the lower price. It seems that they are using a "Bait and Switch Tactic" on purpose as many similar complaints have been reported."
"I should have checked the reviews first. I ordered a very expensive vanity and was assured that it was good quality - as I did pose that question. I had to wait several weeks for it to arrive and it was packed really well. Being a senior citizen I had to wait for the plumber to arrive to install. It was a few days and when he upwrapped and unwrapped, then bubble wrap, box and styrofoam then the vanity. The leg was damaged. There was no evidence of broken wood in box so had to be packed that way. Since I did not unwrap and report damage within 48 hours - they are refusing to do anything. It was shipped from DECORISLAND - FAUCETSTOP is not even responding. RUN FROM THESE COMPANIES."
"Be very cautious about ordering from this company from my experience. Placed an order and was sent an e-mail to call in. Then was told they need to charge each part separately and not as a set as advertised,which of course was more. Not sure if this is false advertisement, but I would have to say very shady way of doing business.
I cancelled my order and waiting to see if they are going to charge me, if so I will proceed with putting in a complaint with the BBB, and look into the false advertising."

No website has ever done this before. When I called they told me that you did not have the item in stock. "I actually had a very good experience with this company. I ordered a macerating toilet online (an expensive and fragile item). The next day, customer service called me to confirm my order and even suggested an on-line video to watch to help with installation. The toilet arrived 6 days after I ordered it (ground shipping) and was extremely well packaged. Other websites (Nextag, Pricegrabber) have much better reviews of this company. I think all the complaints have ended up here! I would definitely order from this company again."

"Initially, I had a great experience with this company. However, once our remodle was complete, we had an extra drain which was not needed. We called to make the return and were told that there was a 21 day return policy! We had to order the drain early so the contractor would know where to put the drain for the tub, and by the time we were done and then no longer needed this actual drain, they will not return it. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! I will not do business again due to their very strict return policy."
