Checked upon it and found now it has a discount of 9% (net price of 699 EUR). Thus real black friday discount is ... 4.65%. That is not fair, misleading and by the way prosecuted by the authorities! I hope people from FC moto would be reading this panel and l would like to kindly ask them not to treat their customers as they are stupid and ignorant. "I bought an helmet on FC-MOTO.
This product has been send to me in an opened box. Without user manual neither guarantee, but first of all, this helmet should be fitted with Bluetooth and Intercom technology, as they say in their ad, but it´s not. This wasn´t what I was expecting to buy when I chose the helmet in their website.

"I was very satisfied with the delivery! Ordered on Sunday evening and It arrived Thursday morning! That's fast concidering it was an international delivery! I would give this store 5/5 stars if they actually had most of the items on their site. So I was stuck looking for something I like out of the things they actually had instead of just selecting the size of what I wanted. I sent them many emails asking for updates but it is only this morning when I received an email which basically says they have no idea when they will have the items shipped. In best case scenario I am looking for at least 2 more weeks to receive the order, if that will happen anyway...

I ordered a helmet and after 3 days I sent them an email regarding my order they replied me back the next day that this helmet is out of stock so I asked them to change it to another colour, again they replied me back the next day that this one is out of stock too and telling me to advise them what they can do for me and as I am travelling out of UK I can't wait till they order it from their supplier I asked them for a refund and I bought another helmet from eBay, so again they replied me back the next day which is too too long to reply to an email telling me that my order is been shipped out (I asked for a refund the 22/1/2015 by an email and they shipped it out the 23/1/2015 and then responding to my email after shipping telling me that they can't change my order any more) VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE"

"I ordered a Schubert headset off them nearly two weeks ago, yes they are a fair bit cheaper then most other sites, however even though it was in stock it took a week before they dispatched the order. Then it sat in UPS' warehouse for the long weekend. (Appreciate not FCMoto fault) then today an email from ups stating it was sent back as customs documentation was incorrect. As I need this for a trip this weekend I was worried I would not get it in time, so I thought I would contact FC Moto see if I could have it shipped on 24 hour. This is were I experience their poor customer service. I phoned them at 9:30 AM their time, got through the menu option on their phone system to be placed in a queue, I then have a call pushed to an agents phone for it to ring for 15 seconds, then pushed to another agent before going back into the queue (I fit call centre systems so know how they work) after being held for a further 20 seconds you get a message that all agents are busy, it then cuts you off. WHAT POOR CUSTOMER CARE. I decided to email them, no response all day. I repeate the calling process 5 times throughout the day without being answered. At the lunchtime today I email them to cancel the order, for £50 more I can order from the uk and be guarrented next day delivery. At 17:00 an email from UPS to advise they have the parcel and will be delivered next Monday. No good for me as my bike trip is on Friday.
Take your chance with them... Might be cheaper but they do not want to speak to you. Will never order with them again.
