"Ordered two helmets and balaclava.
Received one helmet only.
After I wrote an compliant email, I was notified that other one is not in stock (and no note about balaclava).

Despite their terms & condition states:

> Partial Deliveries

> We have the right to make partial deliveries, as long as they do not cause unreasonable hardship for the customer. When partial shipments are made, additional shipping costs will apply only when prior agreement has been reached.

I wasn't neither contacted before shipping, nor got shipping price compensation (even for next order).

And overall, of 5 emails sent, they answer one. After calling them!
