"I ordered some parts including a radiator. I never received an order confirmation e-mail or any other correspondence. The radiator came in damaged, I put in an RMA and still no communication. It took a week to 10 days for me to realize that they wanted pictures of the damaged equipment and I only discovered this when I put in another claim and when you do this it asks for pictures. Never an update during all of this. Finally after several weeks and 3 phone calls I finally got a refund. "
