"Delayed my shipment twice. After the first time, I spoke to a rep that assured I would receive my package in three days. 7 days later I received an email that said it wouldn’t even SHIP until another two days after that. I called once again and asked why they delayed again and that this was not acceptable and the rep was awful. He offered no solution, wouldn’t offer to send the part overnight when it did come in, and could care less that I was out a part that had been promised on a specific date. Don’t bother dealing with these people. They are a complete joke and lack any integrity whatsoever."
