"Fordpartsgiant has a wide array of genuine parts that were fairly easy to locate and order. My problem is with their return policy, which is not as easy to see the fine print until you start a return. They charge you an automatic 20% restocking fee in addition to a shipping fee to return any time no matter what the reason. I find this to be completely unacceptable, especially on a recent transaction where a diagram of the location of a part was wrong and I accidentally ordered the wrong part. Some of that is on me for not double checking, but to me 20% seems a little excessive. To Fordpartsgiant credit, I made my thoughts known to their customer service center and they waived the fee. Kudo's to them for doing that, but I'm sure its a once in a while or one time thing."
