"I ordered 4 fasteners and received 3 and 1 empty bag after already waiting a week to process my ordered. These fasteners are $14 each from Ford so I looked for a better price. I found the parts at FORD PARTS GIANT for $9 each. I thought this is better BUT... after paying $16 shipping it came out to be $14. I should have went to my local Ford dealer and bought them.
When I contacted FPG about the missing fastener "screw" I was then directed to take pictures of every piece of the mail as if I was lying or trying to get away with a part that I already paid for. I was in retail for over 24 years and was always told THE COUSTOMER IS RIGHT. Now it's been almost 3 weeks with me waiting on the parts. NEVER AGAIN"
