"Pricing shown on their website made me buy parts from them. When I work on a client's car, I have to submit them a quote so they know how much they will pay. A week after I sent my order which was paid in full with Paypal I got an email saying there is a price change on some of the parts I purchased, they said I had to pay an extra 15$ to get my order. I called them saying I could not raise my price to my customer since the quote was sent a week ago and they should also respect price showing on their website. They asked if I wanted to cancel my whole order. I was really unhappy about it but I did pay the extra they requested. Once my order got in it was incomplete, one part was missing. It was too late for them to ship in order for me to get it before my appointment with my client. I had to purchase the missing part from my local Ford dealer which was almost three time more expensive. The only positive review I could leave is for their customer service, people are nice and answer fast, although not accomodating to their client's need probably because of this store policy."

So they went ahead ran my card and shipped the second part of the order. Now they costed me the shipping of 436 dollars. Do not buy from here. I am warning you. Go to another website.
