"The part was shipped on time which was quick. FedEx delivered the package at the end of my driveway, 500 ft from my house. We have a large, clearly marked, box at the end of our house for packages. Dogs were damaging packages before we placed the box out there. FedEx sent a picture of the package leaning against a fence post. We have thousands of feet of fence but I looked first along the driveway and found it at the end. I'm glad I found it before a dog did. My mail box is at the end of the driveway but the post office brings packages to my house. FedEx dropped the ball on this one."

She and her manager kept blaming Ford for that mistake and did not take any responsibility of what appears on THEIR website by refusing a full refund. Now we have the wrong product in hand and are short of almost $300 because of this place! "
