It doesn't deserve even one star, i order a men Coat paid €99 for it and received a totally different Coat not worth €20, different shape, colour, material. I contacted them for a refund that's grand they replying me with the adress where to send the Coat back to them and when they received they gonna refund me.
I return the Coat pay another €20 postage and email them .
After that no reply for months, didn't hear anything back from them no refund nothing.
Avoid this company at all costs. They're a scam. I lost €120 in total. Not located in Ireland."

"I ordered a single bed including various accessories for our little daughter on January, 16th, 2021 on fruugoschweiz.ch. The bed was delivered on February, 2nd from Germany (apart the delivery cost that was indicated on Fruugo’s website, unexpectedly we had to pay a custom fee that all together costed us half of the bed price). After assembling the bed, we have discovered that the under-bed parts are missing. I contacted Fruugo’s customer care on February, 6th, attaching the photos of the assembled bed and of the wrong pieces that we had received. Since then, I have been trying to get in touch with them every second week, and they promise me that the under-bed will be delivered soon, which is not true at all. After 3,5 months since the bed was ordered nothing happened. My daughter is still waiting for her bed to be fully delivered. On fruugo: you pay 100%, you receive 50% of the goods + 0% of customer care. Better stay away!"

"Just to let everyone know never to order from fruugo.ie cause they have no morals, policies or regulations to make sure your in safe hands. All they do is give a platform from bad merchants (scanmers) to use there platform hence to steal your hard earned money.
I order a electric scooter for my daughter from fruugo.ie threw a merchant called stuff enough (all so never use) I was told it would be here by leastest 23rd Oct 2020. When this pass I contacted fruugo to ask where my delivery was. I was told to wait another 18 days and sent tracker number which was in vaild. I rang ups to see were my delivery was as fruugo told me this was the carrier. UPS were very helpful but told me that tracker number dose not exist. Fruugo also told me the item was shipped from Belgium which was a lie too cause all of sudden they were telling me its was in China somehow.
After some communication with them they stop communicating with me. The reason for this is cause they could not explain were my delivery was or to explain why tracker number was invalid.
Then I decide to contact stuff enough to see if I can get answer there. This was also a dead end as I got no response at all.
So please never order anything from this platform. Total scanmers.
After trust pilot getting in touch with fruugo they have replied back to me. Before I go into that I just wanna thank trust pilot.
Now after the above they are saying its on a train but how do they know this with no tracking. They sent the same tracking number again still not working. They just can't admit they have scammers working on there site.
I asked show me proof of it being on train. They couldn't.
If fruugo just did the right thing and put consumers first not profit there be no problems.
Please i can't state this enough do not go near fruugo at all and llease see other reviews on review platforms it's an eye opener. I wish I had done this before being scammed by fruugo and there so called traders stuff enough.
I also show them proof of all European consumers rights that you have the right to cancel but just ignore."

"I asked for an aftershave which they have to send me from the US.
I did not realize at the time (nor did they notify me either) of the restrictions that the US government has on international air shipments of products containing alcohol. And therefore it is almost 100% certain that I will never receive it.
I requested the cancellation of the order and refund of its amount. They tell me they can't do it because the order has already been shipped.
They give me a tracking number that does not exist (I have already seen in this forum that it is a common practice of these people).
I ask for the correct number and they don't even answer me. I contact them through PayPal and they don't answer me.
Today they finally responded to me but they still do not provide me with a valid tracking number. They just tell me to keep waiting. I have asked you to please tell me which transport company is responsible for the delivery of my order since I have lost all my trust in Fruugo. I am waiting for an answer.
CONCLUSION: I will not buy anything in this store again because I feel cheated and I advise you not to do it either so that the same does not happen to you."
"My items arrived very late and they were knockoff’s. Fake Beyblades. I spent 55$ on something worth 5$. Fruugo did nothing to rectify my situation. I was advised to send the items back to the UK ( I’m in Canada) and pay for the shipping. Awful customer service! "
